Sound Healing makes use of the sound and vibrations of tuning forks on and around the body, crystal & Tibetan bowls, gongs, etc. to initiate a healing response from the body. Tuning systems include Acutonics, Biofield Tuning, Solfeggio and Fibonacci frequencies. 1:1 sessions incorporate sound healing and cranial sacral therapy.
Cranial Sacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on treatment that uses light pressure to relieve tension and blockages in the body’s cerebrospinal fluid system. It helps alleviate conditions like headaches, stress, chronic pain, and trauma, promoting relaxation, muscle tension relief, and improved emotional well-being.
Group Sound Healing Meditations–also known as a Sound Journey, Sound Bath– utilize the rich sounds and vibrations of Alchemy Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Gongs, Chimes, Drums and Voice to create a deeply meditative and transformational experience.
