Somatic/Spiritual Therapy with Marty Ethier
As a somatic coach, intuitive therapist and spiritual guide, I facilitate explorations that deepen the awareness and understanding of one’s self. My approach is holistic, not just your mental health. My support addresses the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. I value the deeply inherent aspect of our spirituality as an essential component of personal well-being.
Through our work together, clients realize the most authentic nature of who they are as an individual. This newfound understanding creates more choices in responding and creating the opportunities in one’s life journey. It allows old destructive patterns to be broken and to see the path forward with new focus and clarity. Establishing harmony within all aspects of the self is possible, increasing a sense of purpose, aliveness, and power.
Each session is unique and together we explore what uniquely works for you. Modalities may include talk therapy, breathwork, guided meditations, journeying, somatic therapy, and sounding. I have had much success in assisting people through grief, anxiety, low self- esteem, and trauma (PTSD).
